How We Started
November 2015, Berch Football was founded by the Berch brothers, Abraham and Nick, who shared a passion for coaching, mentorship, and youth sports. What started as one small football program quickly gained momentum, and by 2018, Berch Football officially became Berch Sports, expanding to offer multiple sports programs across South Florida.
From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: develop skills, build confidence, and make sports fun. We believe in teaching the fundamentals the right way, creating competitive but positive environments, and giving every child the opportunity to grow both on and off the field. Winning matters, but development, effort, teamwork, and character matter more.
Today, Berch Sports partners with over 10 schools and provides athletic programs to more than 1,000 kids each year. None of this would be possible without the incredible families, schools, and coaches who have supported the mission from day one.
We are proud of how far we have come, and we are even more excited about what is ahead.

We are committed to creating structured, positive environments where athletes are challenged to improve, encouraged to compete, and supported as they grow both on and off the field.
Through strong partnerships with schools and families, we aim to make a lasting impact in our community by shaping not just better players, but better leaders.
