Compensation:
- Starting rate: $20/hr
- Flexible schedule
Role Description: As a Coach or Assistant Coach, you will guide young athletes through the development of their sports skills, tactics, and techniques, ensuring they have fun and stay motivated. Your responsibilities include:
- Teaching relevant sports skills, tactics, and strategies.
- Monitoring athlete performance and providing targeted feedback.
- Creating a supportive and positive environment for learning and development.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the sport(s) you wish to coach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a child-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills with both children and their parents.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and dedication.
